Outback Steakhouse in King of Prussia

Outback is outback. A Steakhouse with solid steaks. I got the ribeye and it had a great balance of marbling so the fault left a good flavor on the meat. I also got the French onion soup and the cheese with the beef stock sealed the deal. I also had a sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar, but it does well without the sugar as it is already sweet.

Food and service was good.

Beware of false advertising! Ordered the blooming chicken with the mashed potatoes cooking with it. My second side the sweet potato. Wanted to purchase the over 5 dollar mac and cheese. Well never got the mashed. Called to complain and they brushed it under the rug. And said the sides are just a suggestion on the website. Never going or ordering there again!

Best seafood dip I've had thus far besides my own ctfu drinks are great service a little iffy but they make up for it with checking on you and refilling your drinks

Outback has good service and decent prices. I will say that there aren't many vegetarian options, but it is a steakhouse, so that's to be expected. Some dishes that I usually get are their house salad, their baked potato, their bloom petals, and their mac and cheese. Usually not all in one order, but I do find that the mac and cheese and the bloom petals or a side salad and a potato are filling enough and come to less than $15.

Greasy bloomin onion, steak too done on one half, just right on the other. But who wants half a steak? On the other hand, Zaire was an outstandingly professional server. Faced with our food disappointment she had a truly heartfelt desire for us to have a good dinnet and was able to express that without laboring or fawning. She turned a blase visit to a rewarding time.

Best Outback have been too.. I've been to alot since they opened up in different states... The Bartenders ( and 1 Especially she knows she is) make me smile every lunch..

Family and I went to the one in King of Prussia. Giving it two star. Could not believe they did not have Prime Rib, order a t bone. Over cook, Onion bloomer was cook to long in the fryer. When will I learn not to order their mix drink, in other words. 5.00 for a lemonade instead of a drink. In the pass, always had a good meal at Outback. Totally not satisfy with the server. If I do go back, it won't be at the King Of Prussia one.

This time I was disappointed. The food was fine, so I have no complaints about that but lately the service seems to be getting worse. After we were seated it took a while for server to attend to us. When my salad was brought to me, the utensils have not been provided. I asked someone to bring them and it didn't arrive till later, by then the main course arrived. Very disappointed as we like going there... Outback, No King of Prussia.

We traveled an hour to go to King of Prussia, decided to stop here for dinner. The original wait time was okay, about 30-40 minutes. Over an hour goes by and my husband asks when we will be taken back and they had put us at the bottom of the list. It was busy since it’s Valentine’s Day so it wasn’t a huge deal. We ordered an appetizer and it didn’t come until after our side dishes came, no biggie. Our server took it off our check. All the food we got was cold and they messed up on all three orders. My goddaughter ordered chicken fingers and got Mac and cheese, and my husband and i both ordered steaks his medium rare and mine medium and his was rare and mine medium rare. We didn’t complain at all, we understand it’s a busy night and things happen. We went to pay and our server didn’t give us our card back! We had to hunt down a different employee just to have him retrieve our card for us. I’m not one to leave an angry review but i was very disappointed in the service we got tonight.

Love the food, not the service. When this was in valley forge my wife and I enjoyed going there but since it's move the level of service seems to have taken a dip. What would you expect being located at the mall.

This restaurant is my favorite. I go to many restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very professional and the cuisine they cook is so appetizing. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

We go to an Outback in every town we visit and are usually not disappointed. This one had very long wait times despite being half empty. Coconut shrimp were tiny and greasy compared to past experiences with the dish. My mash looked good but was super dry. The same with the pork chop. Good flavors though. My husband's steak was sinewy and fatty and overcooked on the outside and under-cooked on the inside. The prime rib was apparently cooked to perfection and that whole dish enjoyed by our dinner companion. A so-so experience.

It's very clean and attractive.First time I was there I had more food then I could eat. The steak was very good and tender.I would go again

Great food and service but in store wording of "Ayer's Rock" must be changed so I don't have to explain to middle and high school student kids why it's not called Uluru.

This location ran out of the kind of steak we we're ordering, at 5:30 nonetheless. I guess it's just poor ordering/planning on their part. Food was mediocre compared to other Outbacks. I would not recommend this place compared to others in the chain

Great staff, good food, and it was empty and private. The food came to us in a timely manner. I appreciated our server.

Always a good place to get a steak cook very well only problem I had was the wait staff is not the greatest.

Short staffed... Service and good okay. Expected better!

Customer service was awesome! How ever two out of the three steaks were over/undercooked. While the food tasted good it also was not very hot. Maybe that's just my preference though. I like my food hot.

So on this visit there were a few issues but it was still ok. The first issue asked for a chardonnay came back with a glass of red. The second issue we found some type of meal worm inside the broccoli. The third issue was when our meal came we were missing food and part of pur order was incorrect. On the plus side BOTH managers came over and spoke to us on top of coming a portion of the bill and a few dollars off the next visit. So they took care of us in the end but still a little shocked at all of the issues when we visited.

Very poor service we were seated very quickly drink orders were taken quickly and bought out then it was downhill after that ask for refill get it 15 minutes later ask where our food was at 5 minutes late bring me my appetizer & bread at this point we've been seated for about 30 minutes and the empty restaurant still no main food for Party of 5 then a soup for one person came out and a Caesar salad for me still no main food now 1 hour sitting here people want to take it to go I call overflow manager they are very sorry about the service said there was a problem in the kitchen they just got to check $35 server kept telling us five more minutes five more minutes finally the main food comes out we started to eat but for the most part we took it all home had to tell the manager that my server was not communicating and very unattentive to me and my family maybe that's just it was a bad day there food did taste good

Fast seating, friendly service, food perfectly prepared (and I'm picky about my steaks). Big menu, lots of options. Family friendly.

With the updated interior design it feels like an upscale restaurant that you would expect in King of Prussia. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, amazing food at a price that doesn't break your wallet. It was a wonderful Valentines dinner and even when the place became packed, our server was attentive and made sure to check on us at reasonable intervals. Looking forward to going back again soon

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was okay and I'm sure if we had more time I would have enjoyed it a bit more. I don't understand why every restaurant has to make things spicy! I ordered the shrimp and steak alfredo and told the waitress "absolutely no spice ". When it came, there wasn't even any alfredo sauce on it. She said that she didn't think I wanted it since I said no spice, but she could bring some if I wanted her to. Now, I've had alfredo sauce and I have never had it burn my tongue like this did. And even in the description in the menu there is no mention of spice. At this point, I guess when we go out to dinner I'll have to bring my own meal and charge them for it.But as I said, the staff was wonderful especially our server, Maya. Thanks.

Stopped in for lunch, we were seated immediately and then immediately a waitress came over for drink orders etc. It was a great lunch all around, the drinks were served quickly, the food came out quickly and was great and the waitress kept coming back to check on us. Will definitely go back.

This spot is wonderful and broad, the food was delightful and the rates were very inexpensive. fast, productive service and very welcoming waiters. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Only draw back was the long wait. Katie was very accommodating, serving aussietizers during our wait. Food was great and good portions.

Management dropped the ball tonight. They had a brand new girl behind the bar tonight and she got busy and nobody came to back her up. She handled it very well. Food was good even though we waited a very long time to get a refill on our unlimited shrimp. Overall it was good, it just wasnt tonight. I will still frequent this establishment as I always would.

I used to frequent the Conshohocken location for years, but after poor experience after poor experience, I gave up... until today.... if you are looking for a GREAT outback experience... King of Prussia outback is where it’s at! Staff is engaged and friendly, Trevor and Simone especially! Food was served promptly, hot and was very tasty! Will make the trip back for sure!

The environment of this new outback is comfortable with it's warm lighting and open environment. I got the 10 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. The salad was overdressed but never asked for dressing on side. The steak was well seasoned and flavorful. For the price it's a bit expensive but worth it to come once in a while. Our waiter was attentive and efficient, just did his job.

The manager Trevor Lee was very attentive to my sons allergy and made the experience very enjoyable. It's worth driving to this location.restuarant is very nice looking and modernized.

Food came out hot and everyone enjoyed their meal. Not a full menu today with covid. They honored my call ahead even though my name wasn't put down as it was supposed to be. Waitress Mo was very pleasant and attentive with tables inside and out.

The food was messed up. My chicken sandwich and baked potato weren't right, but the service was great. Deshae was awesome. Great server!

Great encounter with waiter named Kenny that works there, a great people person. Really enjoyed him being our waiter we was lucky that night.... Great guy.

Our food was fantastic as was our server...Dezeray. The owner herself made a point to check on us to make sure everything was good. That's what I call service. Since it is located at the KOP mall, be prepared to wait during busy times. That is not their fault but a credit to their food and service.

Not as good as they used to be. Very small lobster tail and below average service. Used to be a great place!

Was told a 35 minute wait when they had half the restaurant open. Place seemed very tense. Terrible service again. Food is good as usual. Seems like no one wanted to work. Always new faces when I come in too. Looks like they have staffing issues. Don’t expect them to stay long here at the mall location.

Good value for a decent meal. Nice variety. Love their soups and sides of broccoli. Their salmon is always excellent.

A new and modern Outback Steakhouse. I ordered the Prime Rib and was suggested to go with the outback style seasoning. I was told it would be slightly peppery but when I got my Prime Rib the steak was super peppery. The server gave me an attitude when I inquired about having such an overpowering seasoning and he never once offered to have the Prime Rib replaced. Furthermore the Mac and Cheese was even more peppery. I'm not one to complain about my food, but this was almost uneatable. I was very disappointed in their service. Although their new layout and atmosphere was great, the service and food quality will push me away from coming back.
